CONSTITUENT SERVICES
Your state representative’s office is available to answer
questions about any Missouri government-related matter or
other problem that may require our assistance. Our
Jefferson City office also provides a variety of services to
district residents and schools within the district
boundary. Below is a list of services for schools and the
community.

Services for
Schools
Graduates
Rep. Pratt’s office can issue Certificates of Achievement to
your graduating students.
Honor roll
Rep. Pratt’s office can issue Certificates of Achievement
students on honor roll.
Scholastic Reading
Program
Rep. Pratt will visit your school, talk about the importance
of reading and distribute books from Scholastic Press to the
students.
Speaking
Engagements
Rep. Pratt is available to speak to social studies, civics
or history classes or other interested school groups.
Tours of Capitol
If your students visit Jefferson City, Rep. Pratt can
arrange a tour of the State Capitol for your group.

Flags
Rep. Pratt’s office can provide your school with a U.S. or
Missouri flag that was flown over the State Capitol
building.

the Community
Eagle Scouts
Rep. Pratt’s office can issue Certificates of Achievement to
Eagle Scouts and young people who have achieved comparable
rank in other similar groups.
Birthday or
Anniversary
Rep. Pratt’s office can issue
Certificates of Recognition on special birthdays or
anniversaries.
Speaking Engagements

If you visit Jefferson City, Rep. Pratt can arrange a tour
of the State Capitol for your party.
Blue Book
To receive a copy of the newest State of Missouri Blue Book,
issued every two years, contact Rep. Pratt’s office.
Legislative Monitors
To receive a copy of the weekly Legislative Monitor when the
House is in session, contact Rep. Pratt’s office.
End of Session Report
All registered voters receive an End of Session Report each
year after adjournment.
District Directories
All registered voters receive a District Directory each
year.
State Highway Map
